The Setup + Monthly plan covers a store doing up to £50,000 a month. Above that, Growth is £49 a month up to £250,000, and Scale is £149 a month beyond it. Bigger stores simply move up a band on their monthly sales: no transaction fees at any size, no penalty for using your own payment gateway, and nothing is ever throttled while you grow.
Bands are measured on a rolling month of sales in your store's own currency, and you only move up once you have crossed the line. Themes and plugins are included free, so there are no add-on charges.
