That is what Claude Hosted Apps covers. Claude CMS gives Claude a live server of its own through its connector, so Claude writes the files, runs the code and manages the database directly. We look after everything underneath, so the app you built in a conversation keeps running for real users.

Everything an app needs behind it
Each piece is already part of Claude CMS, so Claude can use it as soon as your app needs it. Nothing to wire together yourself.
A server Claude deploys to
Claude reads and writes files, runs PHP and queries the database through the connector. Changes go live as Claude makes them, with no separate deploy step.
A real database
MySQL for most apps, or SQLite when a single file is simpler. Your data stays in a database you own, not in a browser tab.
Development and production
Two spaces: one to build and break things on a claude-cms.com address, one live on your own domain. Claude copies finished work across.
Your domain and SSL
The app runs on your own domain with a certificate in place. We connect the domain with you.
Backups
Off-site backups are included. Switch on nightly full backups of files and database to your own Google Drive, keeping the last seven.

Stripe for one-off purchases and subscriptions, paid into your own Stripe account. Add a full online store when the app needs one.
Email that sends
Send sign-up confirmations, receipts and alerts through your own mail account with an SMTP connection, so they come from your domain.
Keys kept out of code
API keys go in the Vault, encrypted the moment you paste them. Claude can use them but never reads them back.

What is a Claude hosted app?
It is an app you build by talking to Claude that runs on a real server we look after. Claude writes the files, the code and the database through the Claude CMS connector, and the app is live on your own domain. You keep building it with Claude; we keep the server, backups, security and support running underneath it.
Do you build the app for me?
No. You build it with Claude, which does the coding. We provide and run everything around it: the server, the database, your domain and SSL, backups, email sending, payments and support when something on the hosting side needs a human. If you would rather have a developer do the work, the Full Build plan includes a personal developer consultant.
What kind of apps can I host?
Web apps that run on PHP with a MySQL or SQLite database, plus anything that ships as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, including a built React or Vue front end. That covers booking tools, quote calculators, client portals, internal dashboards, membership areas, directories, small SaaS products and online stores.
What is not a good fit?
Apps that need a long-running Node or Python process, GPU work, or large media streaming. Hosting is for normal web apps under a fair-use policy. If you are not sure, ask us before you build and we will tell you honestly.
Can I try changes without breaking the live app?
Yes. Managed hosting gives you two spaces: a development space on a claude-cms.com address and a production space on your own domain. Claude builds and tests on the development space and copies the finished work across when you are happy.
Is my app backed up?
Yes. Off-site backups are included with managed hosting, and you can switch on nightly full backups of the files and database to your own Google Drive, keeping the last seven.
Can my app take payments and send email?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, for one-off purchases or subscriptions, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Email can go out through your own mail account with an SMTP connection, so messages come from your domain.
Where do API keys go?
In the Vault, not in your code. You paste a key once and it is encrypted straight away. Claude can use it to do the work, but it is never shown back to Claude and never sits in a file someone could copy.
Do I own the app?
Yes. It is plain PHP with its own database on a server in your name. If you stop the Claude connection the app keeps running, and you can move it to other hosting whenever you like.
Is this made by Anthropic?
No. Claude CMS is an independent product built on Anthropic's Model Context Protocol. It works with Claude but is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic.
