Veeqo integration

One stock figure, every channel

Veeqo is where a multichannel seller keeps inventory straight and gets parcels out of the door. Connect your Claude CMS store to it with one key, and the shop you own sits alongside Amazon, eBay and the rest instead of being the odd one out.

A Veeqo API key deposited in your account area connects the store to your Veeqo workspace for inventory and fulfilment. The key is encrypted on arrival, held outside the webroot, and never redisplayed.

Your own shop, in the same system as the marketplaces

The awkward part of selling in more than one place is not the selling. It is knowing how many you actually have left. Veeqo answers that, and your Claude CMS store joins in.

Veeqo becomes the single source of truth for stock and fulfilment; the store is one more channel feeding it, rather than a spreadsheet you reconcile by hand on Sunday night.

📦

One stock figure

Sell the last one on your own site and the marketplaces know. No more overselling the item that went five minutes ago on eBay, and no more holding stock back as insurance.

📋

Orders in one queue

Your store's orders land in the same list as Amazon and eBay, so picking is one round of the shelves rather than a tab for each shop.

Labels without retyping

Buy postage in Veeqo at its rates, print, and the tracking goes back against the order. The address is the one your customer typed at checkout.

🔑

One key, no plugin

Paste your Veeqo API key into Connections and we do the rest. Nothing to install, nothing to keep updated, nothing that breaks when Veeqo ships an update.

💰

Free software

Veeqo costs nothing to use since Amazon took it on. You pay for postage and nothing else, which makes it an unusually easy thing to add to a small store.

Your account, your data

The Veeqo workspace is yours. Cancel with us and it carries on exactly as before, with your stock, your history and your carrier accounts untouched.

One key, pasted once

There is no app to install and no marketplace approval to wait for. You copy a key out of Veeqo and paste it into your account area.

The key is encrypted with the site secret as soon as it is submitted, stored in customer_credentials outside the webroot, and used server-side only. Revoking it in Veeqo cuts the connection immediately.

01

Copy your API key

In Veeqo, open Settings then API and copy the key. If you do not have a Veeqo account yet, one is free to open.

02

Paste it into Connections

In your Claude CMS account area, open Connections, find the Veeqo panel and paste the key. It is encrypted the moment you save it.

03

We connect it

We set the connection up and email you when it is live. You carry on working in Veeqo exactly as you do now.

What you need

A Veeqo account, which is free, and the API key from Settings then API.

What it costs

Nothing extra. Veeqo is free, and the connection is part of the Setup + Monthly plan. Postage is bought at your own rates.

If you change your mind

Revoke the key in Veeqo, or replace it here with a new one. Your store keeps running either way.

Stock questions, in plain English

Claude runs the shop through the same tools the admin uses, so the questions you would normally answer by opening three tabs, you can just ask.

Which products are down to fewer than five in stock?
How many of the navy hoodie have we sold this month across everything?
Set the stock level on the large size to 24.
Which orders from yesterday are still waiting to be picked?
Add a low stock warning on the products that sell fastest.
What did we ship last week, and what did the postage cost?

Connected stock, or a spreadsheet and good luck

Most small multichannel sellers keep stock straight by hand until the day they oversell something. Here is what changes.

Veeqo is free software. The saving here is the stock you do not oversell and the evening you do not spend reconciling.

Veeqo on Claude CMS — common questions

Do I need to pay for Veeqo?

No. Veeqo is free to use — Amazon bought it and dropped the subscription. You pay for postage, not for the software.

Where do I find my API key?

In Veeqo, go to Settings then API, and copy the key. Paste it into Connections in your account area. It is encrypted the moment it is saved and never shown again.

I sell on Amazon and eBay as well. Does that still work?

That is the point of Veeqo. It already holds your other channels; adding your Claude CMS store means one stock figure and one place to pick, pack and ship from, rather than a tab for each shop.

Can I use Veeqo and Royal Mail together?

Yes. They do different jobs. Veeqo is where you manage stock and pick orders; Royal Mail Click & Drop is one of the ways parcels leave. Plenty of stores run both, and you can add either at any time.

Is my key safe?

It is encrypted as soon as it arrives, stored away from the website files, and never displayed back to you or anyone else. Replace it whenever you like by pasting a new one, or revoke it in Veeqo and it stops working immediately.

What happens after I paste the key?

We connect it and email you when it is set up. There is nothing to install and no plugin to keep updated.

The rest of your stack, one connection away

Inventory is one piece. The same store takes the payment, buys the label, keeps the books in a sheet and emails the customer from your own address.

If it has an API, we’ll build the connection

Every other platform answers this question with “is there an app for that?” We answer it by writing the connection. There is no app store here, so nothing has to be popular enough for someone else to build it first, and there is no extra subscription at the end of it.

Your site is your own PHP/MySQL, not a sandbox, so an integration is ordinary server code against the vendor’s API rather than whatever a marketplace app is permitted to reach. Credentials are deposited encrypted in your account area and used server-side only.

Anything with a documented API

Accounting, inventory, CRM, booking, couriers, marketplaces, your own internal system. If it publishes an API, it can be connected.

Built for your workflow

Not the generic version that suits a hundred thousand shops. The one that matches how you actually work, because it is written for you.

No app store, no app bill

Connections come with your plan. No per-app subscription stacking up month after month, and no revenue share on your sales.

Early customers keep this. Connections are included on your plan for as long as you stay on it. If we ever charge separately for them, it will not be for the people who backed us early — you keep what you signed up for.

Tell us the tool and what you need it to do. If it genuinely cannot be done — no API, or the vendor does not allow it — we will say so rather than sell you a workaround.

Veeqo connects on every store

The Setup + Monthly plan includes the store, checkout and your connections for one flat monthly price. Veeqo itself is free, so this adds nothing to your bill.

  • One stock figure across your store and your marketplaces
  • Orders, picking and labels in one queue
  • Your Veeqo account, your carrier rates, your data
  • Cancel anytime · the Veeqo workspace stays yours

Shipping labels are a separate question. EasyPost buys them across USPS, UPS and FedEx from one key, and Royal Mail connects for UK Click & Drop.

Stop guessing what is left

Connect Veeqo with one key and let your own shop share a stock figure with everywhere else you sell.
