Your site and store, in a Google Sheet
Create a Google Sheet from your account, link it to your website, and Claude can read it and write to it. Orders, products, customers, leads, content plans: whatever you keep in rows, Claude keeps in step with the site.
Linked sheets are both a source and a target. Claude gets read, append, update, clear and create tools over them, so a spreadsheet can drive a page or receive what the site produces.
Rows in, rows out
A sheet is the tool your team already knows. Linking one to the site means Claude can fill it, read it and act on it without exports or automation subscriptions.
Each sheet is registered against the site with a purpose label. Claude addresses sheets by that registration, reads ranges, appends rows and updates cells, and can create further sheets when a job calls for one.
Orders into a sheet
Ask Claude to put this month's orders in a sheet and share it with your accountant. Ask again next month and it appends.
Products from a sheet
Keep prices, stock or descriptions in a sheet and have Claude update the store from it, in one go, when the sheet changes.

Sheets are created and registered from the account's Connections view, each with a purpose label that Claude sees in its tools. Sharing is by email address, as with any Google Sheet.

In your account, under Connections, create a Google Sheet and give it a purpose: orders, products, leads, whatever it is for.
Share it
Add the address of anyone who should see it. It opens in Google Sheets like any other.

From then on Claude can read it, add rows and update it as part of any job you give it.

Google Sheets on Claude CMS — common questions
Do I need to give Claude access to my Google account?
No. You create the sheet from your Claude CMS account and share it with the people who should see it. Claude works only in the sheets you link.
Can Claude change my store from a sheet?
Yes. Keep prices, stock or descriptions in a sheet and ask Claude to update the store from it. It reads the rows, applies the changes and tells you what it changed.
Can I link a sheet I already have?
Sheets are created from your account so they are linked from the start. Copy your existing data into one and carry on.
Is there a limit on rows or sheets?
Google Sheets' own limits apply. There is no Claude CMS charge per row or per sheet.
Can several people edit the sheet?
Yes, like any Google Sheet. Share it with your team and edit together; Claude reads the current version each time.
What happens if I delete the sheet?
Detach it in your account first, or Claude will tell you it can no longer find it. Nothing on the site depends on the sheet existing.
If it has an API, we’ll build the connection
Every other platform answers this question with “is there an app for that?” We answer it by writing the connection. There is no app store here, so nothing has to be popular enough for someone else to build it first, and there is no extra subscription at the end of it.
Your site is your own PHP/MySQL, not a sandbox, so an integration is ordinary server code against the vendor’s API rather than whatever a marketplace app is permitted to reach. Credentials are deposited encrypted in your account area and used server-side only.
