Paying, billing and hosting
Can I pay with an Indian card?
Yes — any card enabled for international payments works. Payments are handled by Stripe and charged in US dollars; your bank may add its own currency conversion fee. If your bank blocks international recurring payments, tell us and we will arrange an annual invoice instead.
What does “hosting included” mean?
Everywhere else, managed hosting is a $12.99/month add-on on top of Setup + Monthly. In India it is part of the plan at no extra cost: we install Claude CMS on our own servers, keep it patched and backed up, and give you the connection details. There is nothing separate to buy.
Do I need a Claude subscription as well?
On Monthly only and Setup + Monthly, yes — those plans connect Claude to your site, so you need your own Claude account with MCP connector support, which starts at around $20 a month from Anthropic. Full Build + SEO/AEO is the exception: we operate Claude for you, so nothing else is needed.
Where is my website hosted?
On our managed servers in the United Kingdom. Pages are served worldwide and work fine from India, but if most of your visitors are Indian and you want delivery from closer to them, talk to us about putting a CDN in front of your site.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment produces a PDF invoice in your account, issued from the United Kingdom, which you can download at any time.
What happens after the free month?
Setup + Monthly starts with 30 days free — nothing is charged on the day you sign up. After that it is $12.99 a month, hosting included, and you can cancel whenever you like.
