Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed through this store. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the details you give are accurate. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you place the order; until then we may decline an order, for example where an item has sold out or a price was shown in error.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider; we never see or store full card details.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Privacy

We collect the details needed to fulfil your order: name, delivery and billing address, email and phone. They are shared only with the services that help us deliver it, such as our payment provider and carriers, and are kept for as long as accounting law requires. We do not sell personal data.
