Connect your store from your account
Log in to your Claude CMS account, open Connections, enter your store address and approve on Shopify's own screen. The store is linked to your account automatically - no codes, no tokens, nothing to install on your site.
Three steps, about a minute
Everything technical happens behind the scenes. Your only job is to approve the connection - on Shopify's own screen, logged in as you.
1. Log in to your account
Sign in at claudecms.com/account and open the Connections tab - the same place you link Google.
2. Enter your store
Type your store address in the Shopify section and hit Connect. Shopify shows you exactly what access is being granted - review it and press Install.
3. Done
You'll see a confirmation, the store is linked to your account automatically, and your AI assistant can start working with it shortly after.
Safe by design
Scoped access
The connection only gets the permissions shown on the approval screen - typically products, inventory and content. Customer records stay out of reach.
You hold the kill switch
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps) at any moment and all access ends instantly.
Store not set up yet?
If we haven't created your store's private app yet, the Connections tab will tell you - raise a support ticket from your account and we'll have it ready, usually same day.
