Willow & Light

Two photographers. One unhurried day. Honest, golden-hour love stories for couples who would rather be together than pose — across the Cotswolds, the coast, and anywhere your people gather.

Our approach

We photograph the day you actually have

Most of what makes a wedding yours will never appear on a shot list. Your grandmother's hands around a teacup. The best man rehearsing under his breath. The way the light falls through the marquee at six o'clock, and the way you look at each other when you think nobody is watching.

We are Elena and Rowan — a wife-and-husband duo, which means two of us on every wedding, always. One of us stays close to the quiet moments while the other drifts wide. You get the whole day, from both sides, without ever feeling followed.

There is no stiff posing and no two hours away from your guests. We'll steal you for twenty golden minutes at sunset — the rest of the time, we're simply there, paying attention.

The best photographs of your wedding will be of things you didn't know happened. Our whole job is being there when they do.

Kind words

From the people who trusted us with their day

Warm, invisible, and somehow everywhere. Half our guests didn't realise we had photographers until the gallery arrived — and then nobody talked about anything else.

Freya & Dan · Wildwood

The planning walk beforehand meant that on the day they knew our families, our timeline, and exactly where the light would be at seven. It felt effortless because they'd done the work.

Hannah & George · Harome

Our album made my mother cry twice — once for the photographs, once for the linen. Heirloom is the right word. It will outlive all of us and I find that wonderful.

Tell us about your day

We take a small number of weddings each year so that every couple gets our whole attention. Send the details and we'll reply within two days — usually with far too many questions about your venue.

  • 2027 dates are open; 2026 has a handful of Fridays left
  • Every enquiry gets a personal reply, never a brochure
  • A relaxed video call before anything is booked

This is a design demo — the form doesn't submit anywhere.
