We re-seed native oyster and mussel reefs on degraded seabeds. One rebuilt reef filters millions of litres of water a day and gives fish a nursery to return to — 37 reefs and counting.

What we do
Three programmes. One healthy coast.
We work where land meets sea — restoring the living structures that shelter wildlife, capture carbon and soften the storms.
Programme 02
Mangrove & Marsh Nurseries
Our community nurseries raise salt-tolerant seedlings by the hundred thousand, then plant them where they hold the mud, hush the waves and store carbon for a century.
Programme 03
Shoreline Guardians
Local teams adopt their own stretch of coast: clearing plastics, monitoring wildlife and rebuilding dunes. 214 miles of shoreline now have a name beside them — and a plan.

This season we're raising £120,000 to restore Harlow Sands — a two-mile estuary that once held one of the richest oyster beds in the country.
